Shipping

How long will it take for my order to be shipped? Shipping will typically take about a week. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.
Can I track my order? Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Account

Is it mandatory to create an account to place an order? No, creating an account is not necessary to place an order. You can complete your purchase as a guest.
How will I receive updates about my order? You will receive updates about your order via email. Please ensure that you provide a valid email address when placing your order.
Why should I create an account? Creating an account allows you to write reviews for purchased products. No history or information will be saved.

Payment

Is my payment information secure? Yes, all payment information is processed through stripe, we can only read the information needed to make and ship your order, your payment information unknown by us.

Care instructions

Are there any special care instructions for 3D printed objects? To ensure the longevity of your 3D printed object, avoid exposing it to high temperatures (60ºC - 140ºF) or prolonged direct sunlight.

Refunds

What should I do if my item arrives damaged? If your item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
What is your return policy? Due to the custom nature of 3D printed objects, we only accept returns or exchanges for defective items. Please contact our customer service.
How do I return a defective item? If you receive a defective item, please contact our customer service team with your order number and a description of the defect and some images. We will provide instructions for returning the item.

Designs

How do I submit my own design for printing? Submitting your own design is not allowed for now. If you are interested, join our discord channel where we will gradually allow people to add designs.
What types of 3D designs can I sell? You can sell any type of 3D design as long as it meets our file requirements. Currently, we support STL files with included supports, and we print in PLA material. We plan to expand our offerings soon.
How do I promote my 3D designs? Promote your designs by sharing them on social media and within your network. Use our platform's built-in tools to reach a wider audience. Join our Discord community for additional tips and strategies.
